Justice Santos is a first-generation college and post-college graduate, she was born and raised in the Bronx and earned her undergraduate degree from Iona University before obtaining her law degree from Pace University School of Law. She has devoted her life to public service, including 25 years as an attorney and 9 years as a judge, earning a reputation for integrity, fairness, and a deep commitment to justice.
A longtime resident of Rockland County for nearly 25 years, she is deeply rooted in her community. She is an active church leader, a lifetime Girl Scout, a member of several professional organizations, including various bar associations, and serves on the Board of Visitors at Helen Hayes Hospital. She is also a proud mother of three daughters—two educators and a nurse—who reflect her lifelong dedication to service, education, and caring for others.
